Materials needed:
H Hook
MC- main color
CB- alternating color
Row 1: with MC color, ch 4, join to 1st ch. Ch 3, 2dc, ch 1, *( 3dc, ch 1) 3 times more, join to top of ch 3 (4 sets of 3 dc, & ch 1 spaces)
Row 2: ch 3, 1 dc in each st to corner. In corner work 2dc ch 2, 2 dc in corner space (Corner made) Around, join
Row 3: repeat row 2
Row 4: ch 3, (WORKING IN BACK LOOPS for this round only) 1 dc in each st, work corners as usual, Join, & finish off
(NOTE) WE'LL CONTINUE TO ROW 5 AFTER WE CREATE POUCH
POUCH:
Row 1: With CB Color,1 sc in each "FRONT LOOP" of round 4 around join
Rows 2-7: ch 1, - 1 regular sc in each st around,
Row 8: ch 3, sk 1 st, 1 hdc, ch 1, in next st, sk 1, (1 hdc, ch 1, in next st, sk 1, st,)*repeat around.Join
Row 9: Sl st into ch 1 sp from previous round, 1 sc, ch 2, 1 sc in each ch 1 space around. FINISH OFF
TIE: Ch 65, weave through round 8 to tie, weave in ends
CONTINUE TO ROW 5
Row 5 & 6 :Join with MC a sl st in any corner, *(2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc)(Corner made), 1 dc in each st *around, Join.
Row 7:Slip Stitch in next st, ch 4, skip next stitch, 1 dc in next st, ch 1, *skip next st, 1 dc in next st, ch 1 around to corner, in 1st ch of corner, work 2 dc, ch 2, in next ch of corner, 2 dc, ch 1, skip next st, 1 dc in next st, ch 1. *Around . Join
Row 8 & 9, Repeat row 2
Row 10: (WORKING IN BACK LOOPS OF THIS ROW ONLY) 1 dc in each stitch to corner, *2 dc in 1st ch of corner, ch 2, 2 dc in next ch of corner, (Corner made) 1 dc in each stitch to next corner *Repeat around, join
Row 11: Repeat Row 2:, finish off
Row 12: (WORKING IN FRONT LOOPS OF ROW 10) join with a st st in any st. ch 2, skip next st, sc in next st, ch 2, *skip next st, sc in next st, ch 2 *AROUND Including corner sts. Finish off, tuck in tails
