Cell phones are so hard to hear when down in your purse or pocket, so this Cozy was created so you could just wear it around your neck when your out and about and be able to hear it at anytime. This is also great when out walking so you always have help if you happen to fall, or find yourself in trouble.

PATTERN: F Hook
Ch 11, sc in first st from hook, sc in each st to end, now sc in each st around other side, sc in first st {Place marker}. (DO NOT JOIN) (10sc)
Row 2-15 sc in each st around (DO NOT FINISH OFF)
STRAP:
Row 16, sc in next 10 sts, ch 135 and join to opposite side with sc,(make sure not to twist ch's) now sc in each ch across back to beginning join and sc in last 10 sts. Finish off.
