Habbersett Scrapple

Our Original Habbersett Scrapple had been the number one selling brand in the Philadelphia market since 1863. It is sold in one and two pound packages.

Ingredients
Pork Stock, Pork, Pork Skins, Corn Meal, Wheat Flour, Pork Hearts, Pork Livers, Pork Tongues, Salt and Spices.

                                             Keep Refrigerated.

                                               Cooking Instructions

Slice 1/4" to 1/2" thick. Slices should not touch. Preheat pan to medium heat (375°F). Brown each side for approximately 10 minutes.

We like to cook our's in a tab of bacon greese, but I've also cooked our's with cooking spray, either way, it's wunderbaar-wonderful
