Anyone having a family member / friend going through alzhelmer's or Dementia should have a copy of this in their hands and read it daily, hourly, or even minute by minute.
This is an awful illness to go through with your loved one, most times they don't even know who you are, you look into their eyes and remember back when, yet the hollow in their reflection seeks you out to just love them and understand they are gone for now, only the shell of their life remains, until it's over ; and you realize that in their passing onto Glory was and is a true Blessing for they would never want to be remembered in their last couple years of their life suffering from memory loss, they want to be remembered in their strength of mind and body.

Teaching Christian Ladies to Dress Modestly
“Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.” (Proverbs 31:30)
I shouldn’t have to teach you this. A Christian woman should want to dress modestly - to dress differently from the world. Unfortunately, since the 1950’s, mothers (even Christian ones) have often failed to guide their children in matters of modesty. Although you probably already have some sense of what it means to dress appropriately and modestly, we live in a fallen world. Perhaps you really are truly “clueless” regarding to this subject – possibly not completely due to your own fault. Many women these days have grown up in homes without proper authority or spanking. Perhaps you have been raised by those from the Hippie Generation where there was no one willing and/or able to teach you how to dress properly. Although this will not be learned overnight, it nevertheless should not take you very long to learn the basics.
God sees everything. The fact is that Jesus can see you just fine right now, from all of the way up in Heaven, where He is seated at the right hand of God the Father. Jesus knows how you dress, and He knows whether or not you are trying to dress in a manner which ultimately glorifies Him. Does dressing in a way that glorifies Jesus matter to you? I pray that it does.
Therefore, here is a basic rule to keep in mind: Never wear anything you would not want to wear in front of Jesus. Would you want Jesus to return while you were wearing “that outfit”? (You know - the “hot” one). Also, what image are you presenting to the world? As a Christian, do you not represent Christ to this lost and dying world?
I realize that sanctification in the matter of wardrobe selection can be a rather difficult matter to discuss. Nevertheless, how a Christian woman presents herself in the church, and to the unsaved world is of extreme importance. Sadly, Hollywood and Madison Avenue often dictate so much of the world’s concepts of a woman’s image. Therefore, it can seem difficult to go against worldly trends and seek beauty in purity and simplicity of dress.
“In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.” (I Timothy 2:9-10)
Why is modesty in women's dress preached so rarely today? Sadly, most pastors are too afraid of loosing members to enforce a dress code of any kind at their churches. It’s an uncomfortable topic for a pastor to discuss, because it will not help him to win any popularity contests with his youthful members, (or their parents – who nowadays often rush to the defense of their children whether their children are right or wrong!). Not surprisingly, it will tend to make people angry when their sin of immodesty and vanity is exposed. Therefore, most preachers today, (most of whom care more about money than about pleasing God), just simply side-step this issue and do not deal with this matter of dressing modestly.

If we wish to please God, let us be frank here about dressing modestly. Whether you are 13 or 60, or anywhere in between, your private parts and knees should be kept covered. Don’t make ushers blush in church. A woman who has been "blessed by God" must not proclaim it to the world. God’s blessing is to be enjoyed by your husband and your infant children. Remember, it is not necessary to reveal and/or display "cleavage".
Should you show off the skin on your arms? Is this modest? The fact is, sleeveless blouses (“tank tops”) and halter-tops or halter dresses are not necessary. Remember, God sees how you dress. Dress in a way that pleases Him.
What about showing off the skin of your legs? Do you think that God wants you to show off your legs to strangers on the street? Is this modest dressing? Remember, your knees are best used for kneeling in prayer. There is no need to show them off to men. Therefore, keep your dresses and skirts below the knees. Longer is definitely more modest than shorter.
Is there a point to be made here? Yes. Does Jesus care about more about fashion or about modesty? Does Jesus teach us to call attention to ourselves, or does He teach us to live our lives in order to bring others to Him?
“To be discreet, chaste...that the word of God be not blasphemed.” (Titus 2:5)
Great care should be taken to ensure modesty in dress. This care will show that you respect the body that God has given you. It will also help to point people to your Savior, rather than pointing them toward you and your body.
Am I saying that you necessarily need to wear a floor-length black wool skirt and a crisp high-necked 1890’s style white blouse? Am I saying that you are not allowed to be colorful, creative and beautifully feminine? No. I am saying that the Bible should be utilized to provide the basic guidelines for how one dresses.
“Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;” (Titus 2:12)
How about jewelry: Gold? Pearls? Costly array? Does The Bible say not to wear jewelry? No. Nevertheless, the Bible does say:
“...that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.” (1 Timothy 2:9-10)
This verse doesn’t say that woman cannot wear jewelry, or try to fix up their hair in a clean and pleasant manner. It does say that you should be modest and have an air of seriousness about the way you present yourself to the world.
God’s word reminds us that a major part of a woman's beauty is the work that she does in serving others. Women therefore do not need to call attention to themselves by "piling on" jewelry in today’s garish fashion. Do not fall prey to the lust of the world that some women call “the BLING thing”. Any jewelry worn should be modest. Women are to have:
“...the ornament of a meek (teachable) and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.” (I Peter 3:4)
Makeup: The same goes for makeup. As the late John R. Rice once said, “If the barn needs painting, paint it.” But, when you get ready to “put on your face”, ask yourself: "Do I want to look like Mary Magdalene before she was converted? Do I want to look a whore or like Jennifer Lopez or some other Hollywood star? Do I want to please Jesus Christ by looking my best, (without looking like if I scratched my face you could "plant corn in the furrows")?
Perfume/Fragrance: Someone once said, “If your perfume enters the room before you do, it’s too much.” (The same goes for your fragrance lingering in a thick cloud after you’ve left a room).
Pants: The Bible gives the guideline:
“The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are an abomination unto the LORD thy God.” (Deuteronomy 22:5)
Does a dress pertain to a man or a women? To whom therefore do pants pertain? To men of course. Don't sin against God.
Yes, I have heard all of the arguments. Here are a few: “That’s from the OLD Testament!” “We’re under grace!” “Why wouldn’t God want me to be comfortable? I’m not hurting anyone.” Let me quickly agree, -- and then disagree. Yes, this verse is in the Old Testament. The Old Testament still has a bearing on our lives, doesn’t it? The Ten Commandments also appear in the Old Testament. Should we go out and kill someone because "thou shalt not kill" is in the Old Testament? I think you can see my point. Yes, we are under grace. Nevertheless, the Bible says:
“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? God forbid. How can we that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?” (Romans 6: 1-2)
Does my wife own a pair of pants? No. Would she be willing to sin against God by wearing, "that which pertaineth to to a man"? Definitely not. Instead, she has learned to become quite comfortable in modest skirts and dresses. The key here is conversion. If you have trusted Jesus to forgive you for your sins, you will naturally want to please Him and displease the world, the flesh, and the Devil. Therefore, examine your heart. If you were to choose between pleasing God and dressing modestly on the one hand, and pleasing the Devil and dressing like the world on the other hand, which hand would you choose? In fact, which do you choose right now?
If you choose Satan rather than Jesus, the reason is probably that you are lost and on the road to Hell. Hell is real. Heaven is also real. Either way, your choice will be for all Eternity. Life is so very short. It is "as a vapor that vanish away." "The world passeth away, and the lust thereof".
Your sins are all written down by God in His books. You will be judged one day for those sins and cast into Hell. Jesus died on a cross to pay for your sins. He can save you from your sins if you will trust Him to do so. Trust Jesus today. Then put Jesus and the Bible first!

A Simple Thank You
I've often wanted to say something about this subject, but
I also wanted to make sure it was said with an honest heart
and "not" hurt feelings.
When I was a child and someone would send me a card, or gift
or said something nice to us, we were taught to say thank you.
Yes & or no mam/sir and to always be respectful of others... PERIOD
If someone sent us a card or gift in the mail, we were taught to
send them a thank you card. NO we didn't have to get all mushy
over it, just a simple thank you ~or~ you gift arrived and meant
so much to me along with your thoughtfullness etc.
Today with the computer age, a simple e-mail would work just as
well, HOWEVER even that seems to be to much to ask from some people.
Were not rich, but everytime we send a card for our Grandchildren's b-days'
we'd enclose a small amount of cash for them to have fun with.. We would
send them Christmas gifts, and then as our grandchildren got older we'd
send money to them for Christmas..
Only 1 grandchild was ever grateful and thankful (the 1 raised near us),
the rest would never say we got it, thanks, drop dead, etc. NEVER...
After waiting weeks for a reply would contact them to see if it ever arrived..
Then if they felt lead to a thanks they would say yea we got it...
(I always felt as if I'm begging for a reply, and this should not be)
I had an 82 yr old lady contact me on face book and ask me to make
her sister a hat (her sister is fighting cancer), I did so happily,
mailed it off and never heard back from her... She made a big hoopla
over a fellow Texan who also made and sent things to her sister, a
special thank you to a special friend who also did something nice
for her sister, but never once mentioned my gift.
I didn't ask for anything in return, I sent it without strings attached,
but a simple my sister received your gift without my having to ask
2 weeks later would have been nice.
When you're not acknowledged it makes one not want to send things
out to their loved ones ~or~ do nice things for others, sometimes the hurt
is just to painful. Just saying

Miley Cirus
When her Dad (Billy Ray) was questioned from ET, he said loved her and was looking forward to her coming home for a visit and that he would love her always. Never did he say he was disappointed in her behavior.
Instead of bashing this young lady, we as Christians should be praying for her that God would send a positive role influence into her life and guide her into living and acting in a wholesome manor.

Appreciatopn
One young man went to apply for a managerial position in a big company. He passed the initial interview, and now would meet the dire...ctor for the final interview.
The director discovered from his CV that the youth's academic achievements were excellent. He asked, "Did you obtain any scholarships in school?" the youth answered "no".
" Was it your father who paid for your school fees?"
"My father passed away when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid for my school fees.” he replied.
" Where did your mother work?"
"My mother worked as clothes cleaner.”
The director requested the youth to show his hands. The youth showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect.
" Have you ever helped your mother wash the clothes before?"
"Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books. Besides, my mother can wash clothes faster than me.
The director said, "I have a request. When you go home today, go and clean your mother's hands, and then see me tomorrow morning.
The youth felt that his chance of landing the job was high. When he went back home, he asked his mother to let him clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings, she showed her hands to her son.
The youth cleaned his mother's hands slowly. His tear fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother's hands were so wrinkled, and there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that his mother winced when he touched it.
This was the first time the youth realized that it was this pair of hands that washed the clothes everyday to enable him to pay the school fees. The bruises in the mother's hands were the price that the mother had to pay for his education, his school activities and his future.
After cleaning his mother hands, the youth quietly washed all the remaining clothes for his mother.
That night, mother and son talked for a very long time.
Next morning, the youth went to the director's office.
The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eyes, when he asked: "Can you tell me what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"
The youth answered," I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes'
“I know now what appreciation is. Without my mother, I would not be who I am today. By helping my mother, only now do I realize how difficult and tough it is to get something done on your own. And I have come to appreciate the importance and value of helping one’s family.
The director said, "This is what I am looking for in a manager. I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the sufferings of others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life.”
“You are hired.”
This young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates. Every employee worked diligently and worked as a team. The company's performance improved tremendously.
A child, who has been protected and habitually given whatever he wanted, would develop an "entitlement mentality" and would always put himself first. He would be ignorant of his parent's efforts. When he starts work, he assumes that every person must listen to him, and when he becomes a manager, he would never know the sufferings of his employees and would always blame others. For this kind of people, who may be good academically, they may be successful for a while, but eventually they would not feel a sense of achievement. They will grumble and be full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this kind of protective parents, are we really showing love or are we destroying our children instead?
You can let your child live in a big house, eat a good meal, learn piano, watch on a big screen TV. But when you are cutting grass, please let them experience it. After a meal, let them wash their plates and bowls together with their brothers and sisters. It is not because you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is because you want to love them in a right way. You want them to understand, no matter how rich their parents are, one day their hair will grow gray, same as the mother of that young person. The most important thing is your child learns how to appreciate the effort and experience the difficulty and learns the ability to work with others to get things done.

Mrs Jones
Lawyers should never ask a Georgia grandma a question if they aren't prepared for the answer.
In a trial, a Southern small-town prosecuting attorney called his first witness, a grandmotherly, elderly woman to the stand. He approached her and asked, 'Mrs. Jones, do you know me?' She responded, 'Why, yes, I do know you, Mr. Williams. I've known you since you were a boy, and frankly, you've been a b...ig disappointment to me. You lie, you cheat on your wife, and you manipulate people and talk about them behind their backs. You think you're a big shot when you haven't the brains to realize you'll never amount to anything more than a two-bit paper pusher. Yes, I know you.'
The lawyer was stunned. Not knowing what else to do, he pointed across the room and asked, 'Mrs. Jones, do you know the defense attorney?'
She again replied, 'Why yes, I do. I've known Mr. Bradley since he was a
youngster, too. He's lazy, bigoted, and he has a drinking problem. He can't build a normal relationship with anyone, and his law practice is one of the worst in the entire state. Not to mention he cheated on his wife with three different women. One of them was your wife. Yes, I know him.'
The defense attorney nearly died.
The judge asked both counselors to approach the bench and, in a very quiet voice, said,
'If either of you idiots asks her if she knows me, I'll send you both to the electric chair.

Amazing
Amazing story
A must READ - Good morning said a woman as she walked up to the man sitting on the ground.
The man slowly looked up.
This was a woman clearly accustomed to the finer things of life. Her coat was new.. She looked like she had never missed... a meal in her life.
His first thought was that she wanted to make fun of him, like so many others had done before.. "Leave me alone," he growled....
To his amazement, the woman continued standing.
She was smiling -- her even white teeth displayed in dazzling rows. "Are you hungry?" she asked.
"No," he answered sarcastically. "I've just come from dining with the president. Now go away."
The woman's smile became even broader. Suddenly the man felt a gentle hand under his arm.
"What are you doing, lady?" the man asked angrily. "I said to leave me alone.
Just then a policeman came up. "Is there any problem, ma'am?" he asked..
"No problem here, officer," the woman answered. "I'm just trying to get this man to his feet. Will you help me?"
The officer scratched his head. "That's old Jack. He's been a fixture around here for a couple of years. What do you want with him?"
"See that cafeteria over there?" she asked. "I'm going to get him something to eat and get him out of the cold for awhile."
"Are you crazy, lady?" the homeless man resisted. "I don't want to go in there!" Then he felt strong hands grab his other arm and lift him up. "Let me go, officer. I didn't do anything."
"This is a good deal for you, Jack" the officer answered. "Don't blow it.."
Finally, and with some difficulty, the woman and the police officer got Jack into the cafeteria and sat him at a table in a remote corner. It was the middle of the morning, so most of the breakfast crowd had already left and the lunch bunch had not yet arrived...
The manager strode across the cafeteria and stood by his table. "What's going on here, officer?" he asked. "What is all this, is this man in trouble?"
"This lady brought this man in here to be fed," the policeman answered.
"Not in here!" the manager replied angrily. "Having a person like that here is bad for business.."
Old Jack smiled a toothless grin. "See, lady. I told you so. Now if you'll let me go. I didn't want to come here in the first place."
The woman turned to the cafeteria manager and smiled....... "Sir, are you familiar with Eddy and Associates, the banking firm down the street?"
"Of course I am," the manager answered impatiently. "They hold their weekly meetings in one of my banquet rooms."
"And do you make a godly amount of money providing food at these weekly meetings?"
"What business is that of yours?"
I, sir, am Penelope Eddy, president and CEO of the company."
"Oh."
The woman smiled again. "I thought that might make a difference." She glanced at the cop who was busy stifling a giggle. "Would you like to join us in a cup of coffee and a meal, officer?"
"No thanks, ma'am," the officer replied. "I'm on duty."
"Then, perhaps, a cup of coffee to go?"
"Yes, ma’am. That would be very nice."
The cafeteria manager turned on his heel, "I'll get your coffee for you right away, officer."
The officer watched him walk away. "You certainly put him in his place," he said.
"That was not my intent. Believe it or not, I have a reason for all this."
She sat down at the table across from her amazed dinner guest. She stared at him intently.. "Jack, do you remember me?"
Old Jack searched her face with his old, rheumy eyes. "I think so -- I mean you do look familiar."
"I'm a little older perhaps," she said. "Maybe I've even filled out more than in my younger days when you worked here, and I came through that very door, cold and hungry."
"Ma'am?" the officer said questioningly. He couldn't believe that such a magnificently turned out woman could ever have been hungry.
"I was just out of college," the woman began. "I had come to the city looking for a job, but I couldn't find anything. Finally I was down to my last few cents and had been kicked out of my apartment. I walked the streets for days. It was February and I was cold and nearly starving. I saw this place and walked in on the off chance that I could get something to eat."
Jack lit up with a smile. "Now I remember," he said.. "I was behind the serving counter. You came up and asked me if you could work for something to eat. I said that it was against company policy."
"I know," the woman continued. "Then you made me the biggest roast beef sandwich that I had ever seen, gave me a cup of coffee, and told me to go over to a corner table and enjoy it. I was afraid that you would get into trouble... Then, when I looked over and saw you put the price of my food in the cash register, I knew then that everything would be all right."
"So you started your own business?" Old Jack said.
"I got a job that very afternoon. I worked my way up. Eventually I started my own business that, with the help of God, prospered." She opened her purse and pulled out a business card.. "When you are finished here, I want you to pay a visit to a Mr. Lyons...He's the personnel director of my company. I'll go talk to him now and I'm certain he'll find something for you to do around the office." She smiled. "I think he might even find the funds to give you a little advance so that you can buy some clothes and get a place to live until you get on your feet... If you ever need anything, my door is always opened to you."
There were tears in the old man's eyes. "How can I ever thank you?" he said.
"Don't thank me," the woman answered. "To God goes the glory. Thank Jesus...... He led me to you."
Outside the cafeteria, the officer and the woman paused at the entrance before going their separate ways....
"Thank you for all your help, officer," she said.
"On the contrary, Ms. Eddy," he answered. "Thank you. I saw a miracle today, something that I will never forget. And.. And thank you for the coffee."

His first thought was that she wanted to make fun of him, like so many others had done before.. "Leave me alone," he growled....
To his amazement, the woman continued standing.
She was smiling -- her even white teeth displayed in dazzling rows. "Are you hungry?" she asked.
"No," he answered sarcastically. "I've just come from dining with the president. Now go away."
The woman's smile became even broader. Suddenly the man felt a gentle hand under his arm.
"What are you doing, lady?" the man asked angrily. "I said to leave me alone.
Just then a policeman came up. "Is there any problem, ma'am?" he asked..
"No problem here, officer," the woman answered. "I'm just trying to get this man to his feet. Will you help me?"
The officer scratched his head. "That's old Jack. He's been a fixture around here for a couple of years. What do you want with him?"
"See that cafeteria over there?" she asked. "I'm going to get him something to eat and get him out of the cold for awhile."
"Are you crazy, lady?" the homeless man resisted. "I don't want to go in there!" Then he felt strong hands grab his other arm and lift him up. "Let me go, officer. I didn't do anything."
"This is a good deal for you, Jack" the officer answered. "Don't blow it.."
Finally, and with some difficulty, the woman and the police officer got Jack into the cafeteria and sat him at a table in a remote corner. It was the middle of the morning, so most of the breakfast crowd had already left and the lunch bunch had not yet arrived...
The manager strode across the cafeteria and stood by his table. "What's going on here, officer?" he asked. "What is all this, is this man in trouble?"
"This lady brought this man in here to be fed," the policeman answered.
"Not in here!" the manager replied angrily. "Having a person like that here is bad for business.."
Old Jack smiled a toothless grin. "See, lady. I told you so. Now if you'll let me go. I didn't want to come here in the first place."
The woman turned to the cafeteria manager and smiled....... "Sir, are you familiar with Eddy and Associates, the banking firm down the street?"
"Of course I am," the manager answered impatiently. "They hold their weekly meetings in one of my banquet rooms."
"And do you make a godly amount of money providing food at these weekly meetings?"
"What business is that of yours?"
I, sir, am Penelope Eddy, president and CEO of the company."
"Oh."
The woman smiled again. "I thought that might make a difference." She glanced at the cop who was busy stifling a giggle. "Would you like to join us in a cup of coffee and a meal, officer?"
"No thanks, ma'am," the officer replied. "I'm on duty."
"Then, perhaps, a cup of coffee to go?"
"Yes, ma’am. That would be very nice."
The cafeteria manager turned on his heel, "I'll get your coffee for you right away, officer."
The officer watched him walk away. "You certainly put him in his place," he said.
"That was not my intent. Believe it or not, I have a reason for all this."
She sat down at the table across from her amazed dinner guest. She stared at him intently.. "Jack, do you remember me?"
Old Jack searched her face with his old, rheumy eyes. "I think so -- I mean you do look familiar."
"I'm a little older perhaps," she said. "Maybe I've even filled out more than in my younger days when you worked here, and I came through that very door, cold and hungry."
"Ma'am?" the officer said questioningly. He couldn't believe that such a magnificently turned out woman could ever have been hungry.
"I was just out of college," the woman began. "I had come to the city looking for a job, but I couldn't find anything. Finally I was down to my last few cents and had been kicked out of my apartment. I walked the streets for days. It was February and I was cold and nearly starving. I saw this place and walked in on the off chance that I could get something to eat."
Jack lit up with a smile. "Now I remember," he said.. "I was behind the serving counter. You came up and asked me if you could work for something to eat. I said that it was against company policy."
"I know," the woman continued. "Then you made me the biggest roast beef sandwich that I had ever seen, gave me a cup of coffee, and told me to go over to a corner table and enjoy it. I was afraid that you would get into trouble... Then, when I looked over and saw you put the price of my food in the cash register, I knew then that everything would be all right."
"So you started your own business?" Old Jack said.
"I got a job that very afternoon. I worked my way up. Eventually I started my own business that, with the help of God, prospered." She opened her purse and pulled out a business card.. "When you are finished here, I want you to pay a visit to a Mr. Lyons...He's the personnel director of my company. I'll go talk to him now and I'm certain he'll find something for you to do around the office." She smiled. "I think he might even find the funds to give you a little advance so that you can buy some clothes and get a place to live until you get on your feet... If you ever need anything, my door is always opened to you."
There were tears in the old man's eyes. "How can I ever thank you?" he said.
"Don't thank me," the woman answered. "To God goes the glory. Thank Jesus...... He led me to you."
Outside the cafeteria, the officer and the woman paused at the entrance before going their separate ways....
"Thank you for all your help, officer," she said.
"On the contrary, Ms. Eddy," he answered. "Thank you. I saw a miracle today, something that I will never forget. And.. And thank you for the coffee."

Pastor Jeremiah Steepek
Pastor Jeremiah Steepek (pictured above) transformed himself into a homeless person and went to the 10,000 member church that he was to be introduced as the hea...
d pastor at that morning. He walked around his soon to be church for 30 minutes while it was filling with people for service....only 3 people out of the 7-10,000 people said hello to him. He asked people for change to buy food....NO ONE in the church gave him change. He went into the sanctuary to sit down in the front of the church and was asked by the ushers if he would please sit n the back. He greeted people to be greeted back with stares and dirty looks, with people looking down on him and judging him.
As he sat in the back of the church, he listened to the church announcements and such. When all that was done, the elders went up and were excited to introduce the new pastor of the church to the congregation........"We would like to introduce to you Pastor Jeremiah Steepek"....The congregation looked around clapping with joy and anticipation.....The homeless man sitting in the back stood up.....and started walking down the aisle.....the clapping stopped with ALL eyes on him....he walked up the altar and took the microphone from the elders (who were in on this) and paused for a moment....then he recited
“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
After he recited this, he looked towards the congregation and told them all what he had experienced that morning...many began to cry and many heads were bowed in shame.... he then said....Today I see a gathering of people......not a church of Jesus Christ. The world has enough people, but not enough disciples...when will YOU decide to become disciples? He then dismissed service until next week......
.Being a Christian is more than something you claim. I'ts something you live by and share with others.

Ice Cream In A Bag
Ice Cream In A Bag Less Than 10 minutes!
Here is what you will need to make homemade ice cream in a baggie:
2 Tablespoon stevia ( more or less depending on sweet tooth) can use sugar but save those calories!!!
1 cup half & half (or light cream)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coarse salt or table salt(I used canning salt)
ice
gallon-sized Ziploc bag
pint-sized Ziploc bag
Mix the stevia, half & half and vanilla extract together. Pour into a pint-sized Ziploc baggie. Make sure it seals tightly.
Now take the gallon-sized Ziploc bag and fill it up halfway with ice and pour the salt over the ice. Now place the cream filled bag into the ice filled bag and seal.
Make sure it is sealed tightly and start shaking. Shake for about 5 minutes (or 8 minutes if you use heavy cream.)
Open the gallon-sized bag and check to see if the ice cream is hard, if not keep shaking. Once the ice cream is finished, quickly run the closed pint-sized baggie under cold water to quickly clean the salt off the baggie.
Open the baggie and pop in a spoon.

True Love
TRUE LOVE ..(A Doctor's note) Must Read n share
It was approximately 8.30 a.m. on a busy morning when an elderly gentleman in his eighties arrived to have sti...tches removed from his thumb. He stated that he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9.00 a.m.
I took his vital signs and had him take a seat. I knew it would take more than an hour before someone would to able to attend to him. I saw him check his watch anxi...ously for the time and decided to evaluate his wound since I was not busy with another patient.
On examination, the wound was well healed. Hence, I talked to one of the doctors to get the supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.
We began to engage in a conversation while I was taking care of his wound. I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment later as he was in such a hurry. The gentleman told me no and said that he needed to go to the nursing home to have breakfast with his wife.
I inquired about her health. He told me that she had been in the nursing home for a while as she was a victim of Alzheimer's disease. I probed further and asked if she would be upset if he was slightly late. He replied that she no longer knew who he was and she had not been able to recognize him since five years ago.
I asked him in surprise, "And you still go every morning, even though she doesn't know who you are?"
He smiled as he patted my hand and said, "She doesn't know me, but I still know who she is."
I had to hold back my tears as he left.
I had goose bumps on my arm, and I thought, "That is the kind of love I want in my life."
True love is neither physical nor romantic. True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be.

White Flash
As you know we (My Beloved Ron) and I were in a car accident
2 weeks ago. It has been a long 2 weeks with pain involved,
insurances company's, why's and the other party involved in
the accident living just 4 mobile homes down from us.
I've often asked about the accident, you see I'm missing
the seconds between my husband yelling (???) and the white
blur out of the right side of my vision, then him yelling
get out of the car, and the awful pain in my chest, ribs,
and breast.
I don't remember the actual "hit" but I can hear the crunch,
if you know what I mean. glass broken, air bags, dash destroyed,
the front of our car a completed wreck etc. are all the missing
pieces. (Yes our car was totaled, but our lives were spared,
PRAISE GOD)
In a flash I had the "WHITE flash" out of the right side of my vision,
I have asked why over and over again, our precious lil blue sentra
was almost paid off, in perfect condition and we were so happy to
know we had a dependable car for the next 5-10 yrs as my Beloved
is getting ready to retire from full time work in Aug. and just
work a couple days a week. We have been busy tieing up loose financial
ends and preparing for the retirement stages of our lives.
This morning as I was readying my Bible, the WHITE FLASH went through my
minds eye, and all at once I heard in my mind, in the flash of a light,
your life here on earth will end. NO warning, just done, white flash,
it's over. Tell it to the people, get ready to meet the LORD, stop worrying
about matters here on earth and get right before the Lord. In the blink of
an eye He will come to fetch you, and what condiction will you be in.
So I'm sharing this with you, What condition will you be in, will you be
worrying about matters that have no value to the Lord, or will you be
preparing to reside with our Living Lord?
Do you have hidden issues you need to get right before the Lord, confess
those stured up feeling about them and give it all to the Lord, Wash
yourself and cleanse yourself, Life here on earth is temperal, but
life everlasting is forever. Repent of the things that have held you
in bondage of a lifetime and free yourself to live for Jesus, He died
to give you that freedom and life everlasting, will you accept His gift,
or will you live your eternal life in the flames of hell?
