God's health plan includes eating fruits, vegetables, seeds, grains,
and "small" amount of animal substance such as fish & poultry.

FOODS MENTIONED IN THE BIBLE ARE:

animals that are cud-chewing, such as beef or veal, goat, lamb, venison,
quail, partridge, game birds, and other poultry
(Gen.9:3; Lev. 7:22; 1:2-3)

2.) fish with scales (Lev. 11:9; Deut. 14:9)

3.) Olive Oil (2 Kings 18:32)

4.) Vegetables such as beans, cucumbers, garlic, leeks, lentils, olives,
and onions (Num. 11:5; Ezek. 4:9)

and wine (Deut. 8:7-9; Song 2:5; John 15: Num. 11:5)

6.) Grains such as barley, millet, spelt, and wheat (Ezek. 4:9)

7.) Dairy products, including butter, cheese, surds, yogurt, eggs, and
the milk of cows, sheep, and goats (Isa. 7:15,22; Prov. 27:27)

These foods have come to be referred to as the Mediterranean diet.
This basic diet of the ancient Hebrews is to the ideal eating plan
for health.

Breakfast- A typical day's meals might include dark bread or cereal, a
piece of fresh fruit, and perhaps yogurt or cheese for Breakfast.

Lunch/Dinner-  would likely include salad, soup, pasta, rice, and the
staple vegetables and fruits, especially tomatoes, onions, and peppers.
A small portion of meat or fish might also be included.

The Mediterranean diet is the healthy way of eating.
