Cinnamon and Honey; Whoever thought?
Honey is the only food on the planet that will not spoil or rot.
What it will do is what some call 'turning to sugar'. In reality,
honey is always honey. However, when left in a cool dark place for
a long time it will "crystallize". When this happens loosen the lid,
boil some water and sit the honey container in the hot water, but
turn off the heat and let it liquefy naturally. It is then as good
as it ever was. Never boil honey or put it in a microwave. This
will kill the enzymes in the honey.
Cinnamon and Honey
Bet the drug companies won't like this one getting around. Facts
on Honey and Cinnamon: It is found that a mixture of honey and
Cinnamon cures most diseases. Honey is produced in most of the
countries of the world. Scientists of today also accept honey
as a 'Ram Ban' (very effective) medicine for all kinds of diseases.
Honey can be used without side effects for any kind of diseases.
Today's science says that even though honey is sweet, when it is
taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm even
diabetic patients. Researched by western scientists:
HEART DISEASES: Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, apply
it on bread instead of jelly and jam and eat it regularly for
breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and saves
the patient from heart attack. Also, those who have already had
an attack, when they do this process daily, they are kept miles
away from the next attack. Regular use of the above process
relieves loss of breath and strengthens the heart beat. In America
and Canada, various nursing homes have treated patients successfully
and have found that as one ages the arteries and veins lose
their flexibility and get clogged; honey and cinnamon revitalize
the arteries and the veins.
ARTHRITIS: Arthritis patients may take daily (morning and night)
one cup of hot water with two tablespoons of honey and one small
teaspoon of cinnamon powder. When taken regularly even chronic
arthritis can be cured. In a recent research conducted at the
Copenhagen University, it was found that when the doctors treated
their patients with a mixture of one tablespoon Honey and half
teaspoon Cinnamon powder before breakfast, they found that within
a week (out of the 200 people so treated) practically 73 patients
were totally relieved of pain -- and within a month, most all the
patients who could not walk or move around because of arthritis
now started walking without pain.
BLADDER INFECTIONS: Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and
one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it.
It destroys the germs in the bladder.
CHOLESTEROL: Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of
Cinnamon Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water given to a
cholesterol patient was found to reduce the level of cholesterol
in the blood by 10 percent within two hours. As mentioned for
arthritic patients, when taken three times a day, any chronic
cholesterol is cured. According to information received in the
said Journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves
complaints of cholesterol.
COLDS: Those suffering from common or severe colds should take
one tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder
daily for three days. This process will cure most chronic cough,
cold, and, clear the sinuses.
UPSET STOMACH: Honey taken with cinnamon powder cures stomach
ache and also clears stomach ulcers from its root.
GAS: According to the studies done in India and Japan, it is
revealed that when Honey is taken with cinnamon powder the
stomach is relieved of gas.
IMMUNE SYSTEM: Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens
the immune system and protects the body from bacterial and viral
attacks. Scientists have found that honey has various vitamins
and iron in large amounts. Constant use of Honey strengthens
the white blood corpuscles (where DNA is contained) to fight
bacterial and viral diseases.
INDIGESTION: Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of
honey taken before food is eaten relieves acidity and digests
the heaviest of meals
INFLUENZA: A scientist in Spain has proved that honey contains
a natural 'Ingredient' which kills the influenza germs and saves
the patient from flu.
LONGEVITY: Tea made with honey and cinnamon powder, when taken
regularly, arrests the ravages of old age. Use four teaspoons
of honey, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and three cups of
boiling water to make a tea. Drink 1/4 cup, three to four times
a day. It keeps the skin fresh and soft and arrests old age.
Life spans increase and even a 100 year old will start performing
the chores of a 20-year-old.
RASPY OR SORE THROAT: When throat has a tickle or is raspy, take
one tablespoon of honey and sip until gone. Repeat every three
hours until throat is without symptoms.
PIMPLES: Three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon
powder paste. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping
and wash it off the next morning with warm water. When done
daily for two weeks, it removes all pimples from the root.
SKIN INFECTIONS:Applying honey and cinnamon powder in equal
parts on the affected parts cures eczema, ringworm and all
types of skin Infections.
WEIGHT LOSS:Daily in the morning one half hour before
breakfast and on an empty stomach, and at night before sleeping,
drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water. When
taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese
person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow
the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may
eat a high calorie diet.
CANCER: Recent research in Japan and Australia has revealed that
advanced cancer of the stomach and bones have been cured successfully.
Patients suffering from these kinds of cancer should daily take
one tablespoon of honey with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder
three times a day for one month.
FATIGUE: Recent studies have shown that the sugar content of
honey is more helpful rather than being detrimental to the
strength of the body. Senior citizens who take honey and
cinnamon powder in equal parts are more alert and flexible.
Dr. Milton, who has done research, says that a half tablespoon
of honey taken in a glass of water and sprinkled with cinnamon
powder, even when the vitality of the body starts to decrease,
when taken daily after brushing and in the afternoon at
about 3:00 P.M., the vitality of the body increases within
a week.
BAD BREATH: People of South America, gargle with one teaspoon
of honey and cinnamon powder mixed in hot water first thing
in the morning so their breath stays fresh throughout the day.
HEARING LOSS: Daily morning and night honey and cinnamon
powder, taken in equal parts restores hearing. Remember
when we were kids? We had toast with real butter and cinnamon
sprinkled on it!

was cured of his leprosy. (Matt. 8:2-3 NIV)
When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were
brought to Him, and He drove out the spirits with a Word and
Healed (all) the sick. (Matt. 8:16 NIV)
I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in
heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about
anything you ask for, it will be done for you by My Father in
heaven. (Matt. 18:18-19 NIV)
Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not
doubt... you can say to thismountain, Go throw yourself into the
sea,' and it will be done." (Matt.21:21 NIV)
"Have faith in God," Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, if
anyone says to this mountain,' Go throw yourself into the sea,
and dows not doubt inhis heart but believes that what he says
will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, Whatever
you ask for in prayer, believe that you have recieved it, and it
will be yours." (Mark 11:22-24 NIV)
He said to them, "Go into (ALL) the world and preach the good news
to (ALL) creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved,
but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs
will accompany those who believe: In My (Jesus) Name they will
drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick
up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it
will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people,
and they will get well." (Mark 16:15-18 NIV)
Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by Grace
and nay be guaranteed to (all) Abraham's offspring- not only to
those who are of the law but also to those who are of the faith
of Abraham. He is the father of us (all). As it is written; "I have
made you a father of many nations." He is our father in the sight
of God, in whom he believed- the God who gives life to
the dead and calls things that are not as though they were. Against
all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many
nations, just as it had been said to him, "So shall your offspring be."
Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was
as good as dead- since he was about a hundred years old- and that
Sarah's womb was also dead. Yet he did not waver through unbelief
regarding the promise of God, being fully persuaded that God had
power to do what He promised. (Rom. 4:16-21 NIV)
He himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might
die to sins and live for righteousness; by His wounds you
(your name) have been healed. (1Peter 2:24 NIV)
Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence
before God and receive from Him anything we ask, because we
obey His commands and do what pleases Him. (1 John 3:21-22 NIV)
This is the confidence we have in approaching God; that if we ask
anything according to HIS WILL, He hears us. And if we know that
He hears us- whatever we ask- we know that we have what we
have asked of Hin. (1 John 5:14-15 NIV)
Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may
go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.
(3 John 2 NIV)
They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the Word of their
testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from
death. (rev. 12:11 NIV)

call upon me, and I will answer him; I wwill be with him in trouble, I
will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and
show him My salvation. (Ps. 91:9-10, 14-16 NIV)
"Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise His Holy
Name. Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not (all) His benefits.
He forgives (all) my sins and heals (all) my diseases;
He redeems my life from the pit and crowns me with love and
compassion. He satisfies my desires with good things, so that my
youth is renewed like the eagle's". (Ps. 103:1-5 NIV)
"Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He saved them
from their distress. He sent forth His Word and Healed them; He
rescued them from the grave:. (PS. 107:19-20 NIV)
"I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done".
(Ps. 118:17 NIV)
"My son, pay attention to what I say; listen closely to my words. Do
not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they
are life to those who find them and health to a man's whole body.
Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life".
(Prov. 4:20-23 NIV)
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am
your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you
with my righteous right hand". (Isa. 41:10 NIV)
"Surely He took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we
considered Him stricked by God, smitten by Him and afflicted.
But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for
our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him,
and by His wounds we are healed". (Isa. 53:4-5 NIV)
"The Lord said..."I am watching to see that My word is fulfilled."
(Jer. 1:12 NIV)
"But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," declares
the Lord, "because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no
one cares." (Jer 30:17 NIV)
"Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into
spears; Let the weak say, "I am strong". (Joel 3:10 NKJV)
"The Lord will completly destroy the plans that are made against
Him. Trouble will not come a
second time. (Nah.1:9 NCV)
A man with leprosy came and knelt before Him and said, "Lord, if you
are willing, You can make me clean." Jesus reached out His hand and
touched the man. "I am willing," He said. "Be clean!" Immediately he
was cured of his leprosy. (Matt.
They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the Word of their
testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from
death. (rev. 12:11 NIV)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~THE HEALING WORD~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Read the Scriptures verses about Healing. Read them aloud and
listen to what God's voice is saying. If you need healing, read the verses daily.
2. Look up each verse in your favorite modern translation of the
Bible. Sometimes a different version emphasizes the unchanging truth
of God's Word in a different way that is especially meaningful
3. Pick out your five favorite verses. Memorize them and quote them
several times a day.
Ten Commandments for Cancer Survival
The Ten Commandments for Cancer Survival
1.Thou shalt regard the word, "Cancer', as exactly that: a word.
Nothing more, nothing less. For its original meaning has changed mightily over
the years, as have such words as Smallpox, TB, and Polio, all once dreaded
ailments, now non-existent as maladies. And thus,
too, shalt go thy Cancer. The answer shall come to those who shall be
present to hear it. Be present to hear it when it comes.
2. Thou shalt love thy chemotherapy, thy radiation, and thy other
treatments even as thyself, for they are thy friends and champions.
Although they may exact a toll for their endeavors, they are oft most
generous in the favors they bestow.
3. Thou shalt participate fully in thy recovery. Thou shalt learn all
the details of thy ailment, its diagnosis, its prognosis, its treatments,
conventional and alternative. Thou shalt discuss them openly and
candidly with thy oncologist and shalt question all thou do not comprehend.
Then, thou shalt cooperate intelligently, and knowledgeably with thy doctor.
4. Thou shalt regard thy ailment as a temporary detour in thy life and
shalt plan thy future as though this detour had not occurred. Thou shalt
never, at no time, nohow, regard thy temporary ailment as permanent. Thou shalt
set long-term goals for thyself. For thou will verily recover and your believing so will contribute mightily to thy recovery.
5. Thou shalt express thy feelings candidly and openly to thy loved
ones for they, too, are stricken. Thou shalt comfort and reassure them for they,
too, needest comforting and reassurance, even as thou doest.
6. Thou shalt be a comfort to thy fellow-cancerites, providing
knowledge, encouragement, understanding and love. You shalt give them hope where
there may be none, for only in hope lies their salvation. And by doing so,
thou providest comfort for thyself, as well.
7. Thou shalt never relinquish hope, no matter how thou may feelest at
that moment, for thou knowest, in the deep recesses of thy heart, that your
discouragement is but fleeting and that a better day awaits thee,
perhaps tomorrow, perhaps the day after tomorrow.
8. Thou shalt not regard thy ailment as the sum total of thy life but
as merely a part of it. Fill your life with other diversions, be they
mundane, daring, altruistic, or merely amusing. To fill your life with your
ailment is to surrender to it.
9. Thou shalt maintain, at all times and in all circumstances, thy
sense of humor, for laughter lightens thy heart and hastens thy recovery. This
is not an easy task, sometimes seemingly impossible, but it is a goal well
worth the endeavor.
10. Thou shalt have enduring and unassailable faith, whether thy faith
be in a Supreme Being, in Medical Science, in Thy Future, in Thyself, or in
Whatever. Steadfastly sustain thy faith for it shall sustain thee.
Cancer
Update on how things are progressing...
Medicare would NOT accept me... I'm NOT on Social Security, I'm NOT
disabled, I'm NOT blind, I DON'T have a child under 18...PERIOD
The woman all but said we have NO PROGRAMS for people like
you, just go home & die... Rhonda & I left the office in tears.
Later that afternoon we went to see my OBGYN... She's the Dr that
did my DNC and gave me the news that the cancer was back only in
my uterous this time... After I told her what happened at the Welfare
office, She was pretty upset that were going through this, and she
made arragments with a Dr. in Little Rock who has agreed to see
me on the 29th and has agreed to take payments for the surgery...
Praise God So we have that to look forward to...[fingers are crossed]
We have said all along that we'll pay for the surgery & treatment if
only they will agree to take payments. Thankfully this Dr is willing
to help us...
This is my FREE advice for all of you & your families: If you have
no insurance, or a member of your family has no insurance and your
over 18 ~or~ younger then 65 your in deep trouble. Any job that has
{insurance benifits} is worth grabbing on to... [I don't care if it's
scrubbing toilets] Get hold of and keep your jobs, because insurance
is worth more then a raise especially when things like this pop into
your life un-invited...
Why I don't have insurance, because 14 yrs ago I had breast cancer.
We had wonderful insurance that paid 100% of my bill... But when
we moved to Arkansas, they listed me as "high risk" and now we
can't afford the HIGH fee's for insurance.... Legally they can't refuse
me insurance, but they can raise the fee's extremly high which makes
it un-afforadable... with that being said, I'm at God's Mercy,
I KNOW God's in control, however, sometimes I wish He'd share
His plans with me to relieve some of the stress at my end.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Don't feel sorry for me. I'd gladly go through the trials if it saves
another from having to go through them..
I'm sharing this "only" in hopes of saving another of going through
ths struggle & stress in their lives. Watching the pain of your
loved ones who have their hands tied with no way to help is beyond
any way to express... I worry so much for each of them
another from having to go through them..

With all the billions of dollars the Cancer Society, Diabetes, MS Society
have raked in over the years, people should not have to stress over the
cost for treatment & cure, ... "I'm Just saying"...
